Studio Etiquette

Thank you for helping us to create an atmosphere that is nurturing, positive and conducive to taking care of our bodies inside and out.

• For your convenience, we have provided restrooms that are large enough for you to change. The cubicles in the hallway are for your belongings.
• Remove outdoor footwear before entering equipment or mat room.
• Food or drink, except for water, are not permitted in the Studio. A water dispenser is available for your use.
• Maintain a respectable low voice volume while in the Studio.
• Refrain from wearing heavily scented products such as perfumes, cologne, lotions, etc.
• Turn all cellular phones and pages to silent mode.
• Unless enrolled in a class, children are not allowed in the Studio.

Please respect our 24-hour cancellation policy for private and semi-private sessions.

All sessions and classes are non-refundable* and non-transferable.
