For more challenge, Levels 2 & 3 will take you through dynamic, full-body workouts that focus on improving flexibility and core strength, with exercises that stretch and tone a number of muscle groups. Stability balls, foam rollers, Fitness Circles™, Dyna-bands™ and mini balls are provided for your use.
